Ontario Provincial Police have identified the victims of a fatal collision on Highway 401 near Prescott, Ont.
Among the victims last week were two children. The accident was a crash between a tractor-trailer and a passenger car on eastbound Highway 401, just east of Maitland, in the town of Augusta.
The initial toll was three people killed, including two others who were later identified as children.
In a Tuesday press release, the police identified the deceased as Chantal Dindofen Legault, 68 years old, Emrick Giro, 7 years old, and Miley Giro, 3 years old.
The investigation is still ongoing, and the police continue to gather more witnesses until the investigations are complete and the causes of the accident are confirmed.
