At least 8 people were killed in a fire in a building in the southeast of Moscow, on Thursday night to Friday, according to Russian authorities, who explained that the fire started in a bar.
The Investigative Committee responsible for major criminal cases said in a statement, "Initial information indicates that eight people died in the fire and four others were hospitalized."
