London arrests a person who attacked passersby with a cleaver

Liverpool City Police in the UK revealed the arrest of a man who attacked passersby with a cleaver at Anfield Stadium in Liverpool.

The attacker caused injuries to many passersby, with some being taken to the hospital for treatment.

The number of injured as a result of the attack has not been determined, but it has been confirmed that the incident is not related to terrorism amid the arrest of the perpetrator.
