In a historic precedent, the International Court of Justice stated that Israel is responsible for immediately ceasing settlement activities and evacuating existing settlements in the territories occupied in 1967.
And that the State of Israel must provide compensation for damages to all affected persons in the occupied territories.
And all countries should not recognize the illegal existence of Israel in the occupied territories.
For his part, the Palestinian foreign minister said in response to this position that the International Court of Justice affirmed the rights of Palestinians to be free from colonialism.
