Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said yesterday that the airstrike carried out by Israel on Al Hudaydah in Yemen ignited a fire that can be seen throughout the Middle East.

According to the Israeli website "i24", Gallant added that the Israeli army "will target the Houthis everywhere if necessary.”

He pointed out that "Israeli Air Force planes launched an attack on the port of Al Hudaydah, which is located 2000 kilometers from Israel.”

He continued: "The blood of Israelis has a price, and this has been clearly proven in Lebanon, Gaza, Yemen, and other places, and if they dare to attack us, the result will be the same,” as he expressed.

He added: "The fire that broke out in Al Hudaydah can be seen throughout the Middle East,” pointing out that this has clear implications.

Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes on fuel storage tanks in the port of Al Hudaydah and diesel tanks at a power station in the Al-Khateeb area of Al Hudaydah city in western Yemen yesterday, Saturday.

The Houthi group vowed to respond to the Israeli airstrikes by targeting vital sites in Israel, declaring Tel Aviv an unsafe area, and confirming preparations for a long war with Israel until it stops its military operations and siege against the Palestinian people.
