U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene expressed her surprise and condemnation over the announcement of a new package of American aid to Ukraine. Greene wrote on the social media platform X: “This is why the American people feel hatred towards the government.

Americans barely receive assistance estimated at $750 after Hurricane Helen, while a check for $425 million is being sent to Ukraine by the globalist advocate.”

Greene confirmed that this step increases the frustration of Americans towards Ukraine, in response to Secretary of State Antony Blinken's statement regarding new military aid to Kyiv.

The White House had previously announced an additional military aid package for Ukraine worth $425 million, pledging to deliver hundreds of pieces of equipment in the coming months. The statement issued on Wednesday clarified that the package includes additional air defense capabilities, various munitions, and armored vehicles.

The statement noted that the United States will provide Ukraine in the coming months “a wide range of additional capabilities, including hundreds of interceptor air defense missiles, tactical air defense systems, additional artillery systems, various munitions, armored personnel carriers, combat vehicles, and thousands of additional armored vehicles.”
