Former U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed that he "will do everything he can" to help the country and calm it down after his home was raided by FBI agents "at Mar-a-Lago" last week, warning that the American people "will not stand silently in the face of any other scam."
He added in a press interview: "Since the raid they conducted, I asked my aides to communicate with the Department of Justice to offer help amid the anger over the unprecedented raid by the FBI on my private residence last week."
He objected to the classification of those records as confidential, pointing out that the confidentiality was lifted.
He said: "The country is in a very dangerous situation, there is enormous anger I have never seen before, because of all the ongoing scams for years and now this raid."
He also added: "If there is anything we can do to help, I will certainly be ready to do so."
He revealed that FBI agents "raided the place and took what they wanted to take and asked his team at home to turn off the cameras." Noting that "they could have planted anything they wanted" during the raid.
