One person died and about 10 others were injured following an explosion suspected to involve an explosive device inside a bus in the city of "Tacurong" in the province of "Sultan Kudarat" in the Philippines.
The Philippine National Police - as reported by the Philippine channel "ABS-CBN" in its English bulletin today, Sunday - stated that the explosion occurred while the bus was en route from the city of "Kidapawan" to the city of "Tacurong" at around 11:30 AM (local time).
The city's Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office reported the casualty toll, noting that the injured passengers were transported to the hospital for necessary treatment, and the police are currently working to track down those responsible for the explosion, which has not yet been claimed by any group.
