Canada is home to the beauty of many natural places, including lakes, with a lake in the Rocky Mountains of Alberta being ranked among the most beautiful lakes in the world, according to Cond Nast Traveler magazine.
The magazine identified Moraine Lake as one of the most beautiful in the world, noting its stunning color against the towering mountains.
The magazine also suggests staying at the nearby Moraine Lake Lodge, which has balconies facing the lake.
This year, travelers have the option to use On-It Regional Transit to reach Moraine Lake, in addition to the Parks Canada shuttle service.
Other Canadian lakes listed by the magazine this year include Lake Winnipeg and Lake Superior, which also extend into the United States.
