Canadian Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly announced that Canada will provide humanitarian aid to Gaza by sea.
Joly explained in a statement that "Canada will join the international coalition working together to increase the flow of aid to Gaza through a humanitarian maritime corridor starting from Cyprus."
This announcement comes following a meeting Joly held with her Emirati counterpart.
Joly said - in a statement published on the "X" platform (formerly "Twitter") - that they discussed the need to increase the amount of humanitarian aid reaching Gaza by all possible means.
