The Ukrainian military intelligence reported that it destroyed a "Tu-134" transport aircraft late Saturday night at a military airport in the Orenburg region, located about a thousand kilometers from the border with Ukraine.
The military intelligence explained via social media platforms that "these aircraft, which are from the Soviet era, are mainly used to transport (personnel) of the Russian Ministry of Defense."
The intelligence agency published a video of what it said was an arson attack, showing flames erupting inside the aircraft, without providing additional details about how it was carried out.
