Reports mentioned that Tottenham Hotspur's English coach, Antonio Conte, is considering signing a Moroccan player during the ongoing winter transfer window.
Player and coach transfer expert in Europe, Fabrizio Romano, said on his Twitter account, "Tottenham is studying several options to replace Tanguy Ndombele, if the latter joins Paris Saint-Germain on loan."
He added, "The Moroccan Sofyan Amrabat, a midfielder for Fiorentina, is one of the players on coach Antonio Conte's list of interests."
He concluded, "Nothing has been determined or agreed upon yet. There are many candidate players, and Tottenham will make its final decision this week."
Sofyan Amrabat's contract with Fiorentina extends until the summer of 2025, but he does not regularly participate with the Italian team during the current season.
