The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called for an urgent international action to stop the Israeli aggression, pointing out that the Palestinian people are subjected to a process of genocide and a humanitarian disaster, as reported in a breaking news segment by Cairo News Channel.

In a related context, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced today, Saturday, that the death toll from the airstrikes launched by the Israeli occupation army on the besieged Gaza Strip and during the confrontations in the occupied West Bank has risen to 2,215 martyrs, on the eighth day of the war that erupted between Israel and Hamas.

The International Coalition for Supporting the Rights of the Palestinian People "Hashd" revealed that 2.3 million Palestinians live inside the Gaza Strip without water, electricity, or stable communications amidst a severe shortage of food and medical supplies, and that 50% of them have been forcibly displaced from their homes over the past 9 days.

Hashd added in a statement issued today that all of this is happening amid the silence of the world, which stands idly in the face of the largest international crime currently being committed against unarmed civilians.

Hashd indicated that threatening hospitals and demanding the application of forced evacuation procedures endangers the lives of thousands of injured and sick people, reflecting the extent of Israeli disregard for human rights values.

The international organization confirmed that what is happening inside the Gaza Strip is a dark chapter in human history, with the continued failure of the United Nations to force the Israeli occupation to stop its crimes against Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health also announced that the death toll from the airstrikes carried out by the Israeli army on the besieged Gaza Strip and during the confrontations in the occupied West Bank has risen to 2,215 martyrs, on the eighth day of the war that erupted between Israel and Hamas.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that the number of Palestinian martyrs has reached 315, including 90 children and 107 women, while 1,788 others have been injured as a result of the destructive Israeli bombardment on Gaza since the morning of this Saturday.

The official Palestinian news agency "Wafa" reported that Israeli warplanes launched intensive airstrikes from the northern Gaza Strip to its center and down to the south.

The Israeli army's airstrikes targeted citizens' houses, the vicinity of some hospitals, and residential towers, according to "Wafa".

The Al-Aqsa Flood operation, launched by members of the Palestinian resistance "Hamas" last Saturday morning in response to the assaults of the troops and settlers, the desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the assault on female worshipers, is continuing its eighth day.

The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, succeeded in killing more than 1,300 individuals and injuring 3,300 people, including dozens in critical condition, in addition to capturing a large number of Israelis, including soldiers and leaders of the occupation army.
