Canada is known as the land of opportunities, but recently, a large number of new immigrants have chosen to return from Canada.
The Early Edition program on CBC spoke with Cooper Kamal, a licensed immigration expert, about this issue.
According to Cooper, from inflation to finding a job in their profession in Canada, there are many reasons why people consider returning here.
He also said that the education and experiences of most new immigrants in their home country are not recognized in Canada, as employers prefer Canadian experience when hiring.
On the other hand, many professions such as medicine require the person practicing medicine to come to Canada and start over - many tests must be conducted, and the licensing process is very long.
Such regulations become a major obstacle for new immigrants, and the medical practitioner may get fed up with alternatives like Uber and consider returning.
Immigrants also have to either wait a long time to get recognition or are forced to change their profession and start life over due to job matching in their profession, as immigrants then feel that Canada is not the dream they were presented with.
