A jury in Canada has found Michael Gordon Jackson, a man from Saskatchewan accused of kidnapping his daughter to prevent her from receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, guilty of violating a custody order.
After two weeks of proceedings, the jury's verdict, delivered yesterday (Friday), concluded that Jackson had kept his 7-year-old daughter from her mother from late 2021 until early 2022.
Jackson, 55, stood trial on a charge of violating the custody order by allegedly kidnapping his daughter in November 2021 and withholding the child from her mother until February 2022 to prevent her from receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.
