Syria: Israel attacked the airports of Damascus and Aleppo, making the runways unusable
The Syrian Ministry of Defense announced today, Thursday, that Israel launched an airstrike on the international airports in Damascus and Aleppo, rendering their runways unusable.
According to a report by the Lebanese Al-Mayadeen channel, Syria's air defense systems intercepted the Israeli attack. Following the attack, Iranian planes that entered Syrian airspace returned to their routes towards Tehran.
