The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned the violations of the Israeli occupation forces and the aggressions and crimes of the settlers against Palestinian citizens, which are increasing daily, and led yesterday to the killing of several martyrs, most notably the martyr child Khaled Al-Za'aneen, who was subjected to the brutal aggression of the settlers while he was on the train in Jerusalem and was martyred while defending himself.

The ministry stated, in a press release today, Thursday, that the Israeli government and its various arms deliberately escalate the situations in the arena of conflict as an official policy aimed at closing any opportunity on the horizon for resuming negotiations to escape the restoration of the political horizon through peaceful political means, and to gain more time to complete its plans to liquidate the Palestinian cause.

It confirmed that the existence of the Israeli occupation itself and its continuation is the real reason for the conflict that leads to the continuation of the cycle of violence and its escalation, accompanied by daily violations, crimes, assaults, repressive operations, abuse, arrests, and bloody incursions, with the aim of breaking the will of the Palestinian citizen and preventing him from defending his homeland, home, town, and the elements of his existence in occupied Palestine.

In the same context, the official spokesperson for the Palestinian presidency, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, said that the daily killings carried out by the Israeli occupation authorities, the incursions into Palestinian cities, and the arrest of hundreds of Palestinians aim to explode the situation in the region and drag it into a square of violence and escalation.

Abu Rudeineh added that the Israeli occupation government bears full responsibility for the dangerous situation that has reached its current state, emphasizing that all that Israel is doing will not bring it security and stability, which will not be achieved without the Palestinian people obtaining their full rights as recognized by international legitimacy, and that no issue in the Middle East will be resolved without a just solution to the Palestinian cause.

He continued that the international community, especially the American administration, must realize well that what Israel is doing in terms of killing, arresting, and incursions into sacred places, and the terrorism of settlers and other unilateral measures will have very dangerous repercussions for everyone, because the Palestinian people and their leadership will not stand idly by in the face of these Israeli crimes that will not be allowed to continue, and there will be national decisions that protect Palestinian rights and stop this aggression against the Palestinian people, their land, and their holy sites.

Abu Rudeineh said, "The American side must intervene immediately to stop this Israeli madness before it is too late, because the alternative is destruction, instability, and loss of hope, and that is what is happening now."

He added that the disdain for the lives of the Palestinian people, the theft of their land, and the assault on their holy sites will not subdue them or force them to abandon their rights and principles, and history always proves that victory always stands by the side of truth, justice, and freedom, which the Palestinian people represent.

The official spokesperson for the Palestinian presidency confirmed that the Palestinian leadership, which bears the responsibility of the independent Palestinian national decision, will not abandon the national constants and historical rights, topped by the Islamic and Christian holy sites.
