The French website "Maxi Foot" reported yesterday, Saturday, that officials from the Canadian national soccer team made an offer to Portuguese coaching legend José Mourinho, "61 years old," to take over the team.
"Maxi Foot" added that Portuguese José Mourinho, who left his role at Italian club Roma last January, rejected this offer.
The Italian club Roma had terminated its contract with Mourinho last January, after he spent nearly two and a half years there, during which time he won the 2022 Conference League title and reached the final of the Europa League last season.
