A security document prepared by the military institution in Israel revealed that Hamas remains active and strong throughout the Gaza Strip, and is at a stage where it can rehabilitate and rebuild itself.

The Israeli Channel 14 reported that the document states that in areas from which the Israeli army withdraws, Hamas returns and succeeds in restoring its capabilities, according to what was reported by the "Ma'an" news agency.

The document also detailed Hamas's capabilities in terms of its success in appointing leaders for its brigades and battalions instead of those who were assassinated.

The document also clarified that despite months of lengthy fighting and a significant decrease in rocket launches towards Israel, Hamas still possesses hundreds of rockets and is capable of launching them, including from the northern Gaza Strip.

The security document stated that stopping the war in Gaza at this stage would allow Hamas to rebuild itself both civilly and militarily, which could pose a significant threat to the army in the future.
