An Iranian military source revealed details about the Iranian response if Israel targets its nuclear or military sites, confirming that Iran will not hesitate to respond but will also not rush.
The source clarified that if Israel targets military sites, the Iranian response will be certain and will exceed the Israeli side's estimates.
He added that if the potential attack includes nuclear sites, Iran will take its nuclear policies into account along with its response.
He also pointed out that if the Israeli plan involves affecting facilities and infrastructure, it is clear that Iran will not adhere to the scope, type, or intensity of its measures based on previous conditions. He emphasized that this point will be fully understood by the Israelis.
The source stressed that Iran will neither hesitate nor rush, but the response will be a “punishment” targeting the “madmen,” and it will be surprising every time.
In a related context, two Israeli officials announced the activation of the American "THAAD" air defense system designed to intercept ballistic missiles, indicating that the time for the Israeli response to Iran is approaching.
Israel has threatened to respond to the Iranian attack that occurred in early October, indicating that “Tehran made a mistake and will pay the price.”
On the other hand, American officials indicated that the United States is considering options for responding to the Iranian missile attack on Israel.
