A new video showed the practices of the Houthi militias towards children, some of whom are not over 10 years old, in Dhamar Governorate.

The governor appointed by the Houthi militia, Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, converted the sports stadium inside the city of Dhamar, in central Yemen, into a training camp for child fighters who will later be sent to the battlefronts.

The video showed the extent of the disorder practiced by these militias supported by Iran under the direct supervision of the well-known governor Al-Bukhaiti in the region.

The Yemeni Minister of Information, Muammar Al-Eryani, considered the continuation of these acts despite the truce declared by the United Nations, as a "dangerous indicator confirming its lack of seriousness in engaging in efforts to de-escalate and establish peace."

Al-Eryani posted a scene from one of the child recruitment camps organized by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militia under the cover of so-called "summer centers" in the city of Dhamar, confirming that this reveals the militia's continued mobilization of school students under the age of 18 with imported sectarian ideas and rhetoric from Tehran, and slogans of death and hatred towards others.

The Yemeni Minister of Information called on the international community, the United Nations, and the UN and US envoys to fulfill their legal and moral responsibilities in pressuring the Houthi terrorist militia to stop the crime of child recruitment, and to prosecute those responsible among the militia's leaders and members in international courts as war criminals.

The militia had previously involved more than 35,000 children in its battles with the army and the resistance, killing and wounding thousands of them over the past years.
