During its journey from Amman to Chicago, a Jordanian plane makes an emergency landing in Canada

A Royal Jordanian Airlines plane made an emergency landing today, Thursday, at Goose Bay Airport in Canada due to the deterioration of a passenger's health.

The Royal Jordanian plane on flight number RJ 263 was heading from Amman to the state of Chicago in the United States of America.

While flying in Canadian airspace, the passenger's health deteriorated, prompting the plane's captain to communicate with the Goose Bay control tower and request permission for an emergency landing.

No information was available regarding the medical procedures taken for the passenger, whether she was treated inside the airport or transported to the hospital.
