Arab Weather - The government of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that Saudi tourists will be exempt from visa requirements during the summer season, starting from June 3 until the end of September 2024.

This exemption is expected to increase the number of Saudi visitors to Bosnia and Herzegovina, thus enhancing tourism and supporting the local economy in both countries.

Saudi citizens wishing to travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina for tourism must provide health insurance, a paid travel program, and a return ticket. As for travelers for business purposes, they need a documented invitation letter.

The Bosnian Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed that the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina approved this exemption at the beginning of 2024, aiming to facilitate Saudi visits and strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.

In this context, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a decision, based on a proposal from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, temporarily abolishing the visa system for citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the specified period.
