It seems that crises have started to pile up on director Mohamed Sami and his wife, the star Mai Omar, after the decision by the "United Media Services" company to stop dealing with the former, following the end of the airing of the series "Nasl Al-Aghrab" in the past Ramadan.
Mohamed Sami directed the series "Nasl Al-Aghrab," starring Ahmed El Sakka, Amir Karara, and Mai Omar, but the work faced sharp criticism due to the role size of his wife, which some described as larger than the roles of the two male leads, in addition to the tragic ending of the series, where all its heroes were killed except Mai Omar.
"Zahrat Al Khaleej" learned from its close sources that the bad news for Mohamed Sami and Mai Omar did not stop at the United company's decision, but director Mohamed Abdel Salam also apologized for not directing the second season of the series "Loulou," in which Mai Omar starred in the first season, which aired before Ramadan and achieved great success.
Abdel Salam submitted an apology to the producing company, and it is planned to hire another director instead of him, which puts Mai Omar in trouble, as the work may stop completely, and the makers may settle for the success of the first season, especially as the relationship between her husband Mohamed Sami and the company has completely deteriorated recently.
The "United Media Services" company, owned by producer Tamer Morsi, announced stopping dealing with director and screenwriter Mohamed Sami after the series "Nasl Al-Aghrab," despite the ongoing deal with him through 2023.
It is noted that "Nasl Al-Aghrab" stars Ahmed El Sakka, Amir Karara, Mai Omar, Diab, Hamad Malik, Reem Sami, Edward, Naglaa Badr, and Salwa Osman, and is written and directed by Mohamed Sami.
