Russian President Vladimir Putin called on the Ukrainian army to seize power, saying: It seems easier for us to reach an agreement with you than with this gang of drug addicts and neo-Nazis.
He said in a speech before the Russian Security Council meeting: "The main goal of the Russian forces is not to clash with the Ukrainian forces but with the extremist Nazi groups that are responsible for the genocide of the population in Donbas and the shedding of innocent citizens' blood of the people's republics."
Putin added, "The Nazis in Ukraine behave like terrorists, and they deploy rocket launchers in the streets of Kyiv and Kharkiv.
