Prince Harry settled the remaining lawsuit he filed against the Mirror Group newspapers regarding phone hacking and other illegal activities after the publisher agreed to pay substantial compensation and legal costs, his lawyer told the High Court in London on Friday.
In December, the High Court ruled that Harry was a victim of illegal information gathering, including phone hacking by journalists at the "Daily Mirror," "Sunday Mirror," and the popular "Sunday People" newspapers with the knowledge of their editors.
However, this ruling only considered 33 articles out of 148 articles Harry complained about, ruling in his favor on 15 of them. His lawyer David Sherborne told the court that MGN had waived the rest of his claim and agreed to pay a further substantial sum and the legal costs to the Duke of Sussex.
