Under the rain and in relatively cold weather, thousands of protesters from the Palestinian, Arab, and Islamic communities and supporters of the Palestinian cause gathered in the Canadian capital Ottawa in front of the Canadian Parliament Square and chanted against the policy of starvation and genocide carried out by the Israeli occupation government against innocent Palestinian citizens in the Gaza Strip who have been subjected to a brutal war since October 7 of last year until today.
Earlier today, Saturday morning, a large number of cars carrying Palestinian flags set off from the Kanata area west of the Canadian capital Ottawa towards downtown, the gathering place, led by protesters who came from other cities such as Toronto and Montreal to join this large procession.
The protesters called for an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire to stop the crimes committed by the occupation army against the innocent in the sector.
Several passionate speeches were also delivered demanding a ceasefire and an end to the policy of starvation and genocide against the unarmed innocent in the Gaza Strip.
