Madness still hovers around the real estate market

Recently, the concern among a large segment of people has not been limited only to Corona and its mutations and challenges, but the specter of greed and exploitation has emerged, creating psychological fear among this segment belonging to the middle class due to the rise in housing prices that now threaten their stability and the future of their children.
Suddenly and without any preamble, amid a fierce pandemic that paralyzed all aspects of life, the real estate market flared up again in an unprecedented event in the history of this field, where we began to notice insane price increases that do not at all match the standard of living and salaries, nor even what a large segment of the working class can obtain. Therefore, it is hard for our minds to believe that this is just a passing boom with nothing behind it, and that those manipulating it in a malicious way have dimensions far beyond profit and not only because of the inflation caused by the pandemic?!.
The inflamed real estate market is rolling hysterically and blazing as if the apocalypse will come tomorrow, and it seems that this is part of calculated and agreed investment arrangements to control the real estate market and manipulate its prices among the beneficiaries, the greedy, and the opportunists who do not care about the pains and sufferings of people. Thus, without a doubt, the victim is the simple citizen who has lived with hope for many years to obtain a safe home for himself and his family.
The disaster is that the problem did not stop at this point only, but the audacity of the reckless investors in this crazy market has gone so far that they threaten the stability of safe families among tenants and extort them with unprecedented rudeness by pressuring them to leave their homes. There are many cases that have happened in this regard; some tenants resisted these reckless investors and stood firmly against them with the power of the law, and unfortunately, some submitted to their extortion and accepted their fate and moved from their dwelling to become at the mercy of another investor. The common factor between them is greed and avarice and exploiting opportunities even at the expense of the stability, security, and safety of society, disregarding the emergency circumstances we live in and ignoring the official calls for solidarity and non-exploitation, despite their claim that the government undeniably benefits from this situation that pumps billions of dollars into its budget, enabling it undoubtedly to face the economic challenges imposed by the Corona pandemic.
What is happening cannot be classified as a result of the terrifying inflation that still rapidly unfolds, and no one can predict what it will reach or what its negative impact on the simple citizen will be through prices of goods and others.
Therefore, I find myself, as a citizen with an honest and free pen, compelled to launch this resounding cry in my name and on behalf of all those dreaming of preserving their families and wishing to live in security, safety, peace, and stability, far from the psychological and economic pressures that have become tormenting them, undermining their stability, and deepening their frustration.
From here, I find that the humanitarian and ethical trust, along with sincere and loyal belonging to this great country, drives me without hesitation to express my opinion as many others who sense a looming danger to the entire society, where the individual is losing his balance and ability to adapt and continue under these complex challenges that require solidarity and firmness to curb this madness and limit its eruption so that there will not be a societal disaster resulting in a class divide between poor and rich, a situation unworthy of this great country's stature that guaranteed human dignity and a decent life.
Therefore, I see the necessity of taking an urgent government initiative in which free lands are distributed to contractors from construction company owners to build housing units with specifications comparable to what is available in the market and offering them for ownership at an acceptable and reasonable price that those who wish to own their first house from the working class can afford. In this way, the government would have contributed to curbing the specter of exploitation and alleviating the burden on the working citizens aspiring to own their first home.
Finally, in my estimation, this type of initiative will undoubtedly create a state of balance and price control and restore matters to their natural state before they spiral into a point of no return, accumulating problems, and passing them on to innocent young generations who have no connection to bearing this heavy legacy and who aspire and dream of a better future to become active in their society and contribute to its construction, development, prosperity, and welfare.
In conclusion, it is necessary to point out that investing in the human being by granting him hope and guaranteeing a decent life for him and his family is the highest and most noble investment, and more effective in building and construction to achieve an ambitious vision that achieves sustainable prosperity and development so that the future outcome will be befitting of a great country that has given much and contributed greatly for the comfort of its citizens and much to help other countries!.
