The Israeli "Channel 12" claimed, in a report it published, that the Israeli occupation army and the Shin Bet managed to reach places in the northern Gaza Strip where Yahya Sinwar was present, more than once during the current days of war, but he succeeded in leaving them shortly before the arrival of the occupation forces.

The "Israeli channel" added that "one of the important goals that Tel Aviv must achieve in order to 'bring down Hamas' is to eliminate its leadership, especially the leader of the movement in Gaza, Yahya Sinwar."

The "channel" added: "The Israeli security establishment is making huge efforts to reach the top of Hamas, and the main focus of these efforts is Khan Yunis, based on the fact that Sinwar and the leaders of his organization are still there."

The "Hebrew channel" claimed: "The war in this area continues, but Israeli forces are present in places under which the Hamas leadership is located, according to Israeli estimates."

During a "heated discussion" in the Israeli cabinet yesterday, Tuesday, some ministers asked about the achievements - when will Hamas' capabilities be destroyed and senior officials assassinated, the Chief of Staff of the occupation army answered: "It takes time to harm senior officials, it took 10 years to bring Bin Laden."

It is noteworthy that the Israeli minister "Yariv Levin" did not agree with the statement and said: "We entered Gaza for it to last 10 years? Will it take ten years to eliminate Hamas?".
