Hebrew Channel 12 reported today, Saturday, that the families of the settlers held by Hamas in the Gaza Strip are threatening escalation if they do not meet with the security cabinet.
Media outlets reported that the families of the captives said they spent the night of Friday to Saturday worried due to the ground invasion and the intensity of the bombardment by the occupation army on the Gaza Strip.
They also indicated that they demanded an immediate meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Galant, and the war cabinet.
The escalation came after the occupation expanded its operations in Gaza, which the Palestinian factions confronted, as a ground attack and intense shelling were launched on all fronts on Friday, October 27.
