The industrial orders in Germany continued to decline during last May.
The Federal Statistical Office in Wiesbaden announced yesterday, Thursday, that the industrial sector in Germany received orders in May that were 6.1% lower compared to the previous April, marking the fifth consecutive decline.
Analysts had expected a moderate increase of 0.5% on average.
Compared to the same month last year, orders decreased by 6.8%.
