The Foreign Minister in a tweet responding to statements by the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said, "Shame on Foreign Minister Lavrov for his dangerous revisionist statements.
Explaining, this misinformation is a new low and an attack on the memory of Holocaust victims and its survivors.
Adding, we must continue the fight against hate, racism, and those who manipulate the truth.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said, "He said that Hitler 'had Jewish blood'.
Lavrov said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr "Zelensky presents this argument: how can Nazism exist (in Ukraine) if he (Zelensky) himself is Jewish".
He added, in his statements that were also quoted on his ministry's website, "I might be wrong, but Hitler also had Jewish blood".
Shame on FM Lavrov for his dangerous, revisionist comments. This disinformation is a new low and an attack on the memory of Holocaust victims and its survivors.
