Five people were killed and 14 injured in a new toll from the collapse of an old four-story building in Amman, according to Jordanian security authorities on Tuesday.
Amer Al-Sartawi, spokesperson for the General Security Directorate in Jordan, said in a statement that "the toll handled by rescue teams in the collapsed building in Amman amounted to five deaths in addition to 14 injuries."
A previous toll indicated that three people were killed in an inhabited residential building in the Jabal Al-Luweibdeh area in the center of the capital Amman.
