Despite earning hundreds of thousands of dollars from his music tours throughout the year, American artist Chris Brown is accused of exploiting his audience and taking money from them in exchange for taking souvenir photos with them after his concerts.
According to the American celebrity news outlet TMZ, Chris Brown charges $1,000 for each photo with his fans.
Meanwhile, Capital XTRA Radio, the largest "Hip Hop" station in the United States, explained that Brown earns this additional money by selling his concert tickets in bundles, including tickets that feature photos with the American singer, while the most expensive bundle, the VIP, is priced at $3,500, and includes a front-row seat and the opportunity to take photos with Brown.
Young Bleu, an American rapper gaining rising fame since his single "You're Mines Still" in 2020, retweeted a photo of a fan with Chris Brown, expressing his opinion that the price is really expensive, and wrote: "1000 dollars for a memory! For a lifelong moment is not bad, you won't have memories as you age, the only thing you'll remember is paying bills."
