The Peel police arrested a worker at a local hospital and charged him in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
According to the Peel Regional Police, the accused, a part-time patient care assistant at the Trillium Health Partners Mississauga site, sexually assaulted an "elderly and vulnerable" patient.
The police also stated that the incident occurred in early November. Investigators added that the victim did not sustain physical injuries.
William Soto, 32, from Toronto, is charged with sexual assault and appeared in court on the 12th of this month.
