Experts believe that Hurricane Fiona may be the worst to hit eastern Canada.
Hurricane Fiona is not slowing down and continues its path towards the Canadian coasts.
Hurricane Fiona is currently spreading 1200 kilometers south of Halifax in the Bermuda area and is still a Category 3 hurricane with winds reaching 205 km/h.
According to the meteorologist at the Canadian Hurricane Center, Bob Robishaw, "When the storm becomes post-tropical, it expands more."
Meteorological experts have also started warning of a hurricane close to the doors of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
