The Canadian Ministry of Environment has issued a warning about fog in Toronto, where fog is expected to cause zero visibility.
The National Weather Agency said in its warning that travel is expected to be hazardous due to low visibility.
The warning stated: "If visibility decreases while driving, slow down, watch for the brake lights ahead, and be prepared to stop."
Fog patches are expected to dissipate this morning, with the day remaining cloudy. There is a 30 percent chance of rain this morning, and east winds will reach 20 km/h early this afternoon. The temperature today will reach 8 degrees Celsius.
Fog patches are expected to form again this evening as temperatures drop to more than 4 degrees Celsius below their lowest level.
