Important warning issued by "Google" to millions of Android system users to avoid hacking their phones and installing malicious software.

British newspaper "The Sun" reported that the warning concerns people who use "Google Chrome" on their Android device, adding that "Google" primarily targeted people who visit "unsafe sites" to help them avoid hacking.

It added, "When visiting these sites, you will encounter a message: -The site you are waiting for contains malicious software-, or -The intended site contains malicious software-, or -Suspicious site-," which means that the site you are trying to access may install suspicious programs on your device.

"The Sun" stated that this warning message should not be ignored, adding, "Think carefully before rejecting it or choosing to continue."

It highlighted: "If you are sure that the page is safe and want to ignore the warning, you can click on -Details-, followed by -Visit this unsafe site-."

"Google" revealed: "Some sites try to trick you into downloading malicious software by telling you that your device contains a virus.. Be careful not to download any of these programs."

During 2021, Google succeeded in providing the highest protection rate for customers from malicious sites used in hacking.

A report published by the American technology and internet services giant Google revealed a significant improvement in the ability of Google's search engine to detect malicious and annoying sites during the past year.

The report pointed out that the number of sites detected by the engine last year was 6 times the number recorded in the previous year.

Google praised the anti-spam system based on artificial intelligence technology called "Spam Brain," which helped make search results free of malicious or annoying sites and pages by more than 99%.
