Three people were rescued after being stranded on the edge of the Bay of Misis in New Brunswick on Sunday.
Members of the Emergency Management in Musquash say they arrived around 12:45 PM after receiving a call from two adults and a five-year-old child trapped due to the rising tide in the Bay of Fundy.
A spokesperson for the "Water Rescue Team" said in a press statement: "The rescue team sailed in the waters of the Bay of Fundy through heavy fog to save the lives of the three endangered individuals."
The team used two boats to assist in returning the three individuals to shore. The Canadian police (RCMP) and the New Brunswick Ambulance (Ambulance New Brunswick) also assisted in the incident.
