The OC Transpo president will not commit to the opening of the new Trillium line before the return to school at Carleton University this fall, as testing continues on the new light rail transit line running north and south in Ottawa.
OC Transpo and its partner TransitNEXT have entered the second week of an eight to ten week testing and commissioning period before the launch of the LRT line.
