According to experts, spending long hours at work can negatively affect our daily lives and somehow determine our level of happiness.

Routine tasks can lead to stress, which may affect our daily lives and cause psychological disorders such as anxiety or depression.

Specialists have talked about factors that can affect our well-being at work, either due to the tasks assigned to us or the bad relationship with our colleagues. Psychologists and other professionals in occupational risk prevention have focused on workers' health and checking working conditions because they can affect our physical and mental health.

These factors include decreased performance and frequent absences. One of the prominent factors that may affect the worker’s well-being is working conditions (noise or excessive workload), the organization (working hours or communication with supervisors), and the psychosocial level (such as expectations or the worker’s socioeconomic status at any given time).
