Two people were killed and two others were injured in a shooting near the Canadian city of Vancouver before the police were able to kill the attacker, about whom investigations are still ongoing regarding the reasons for his actions, according to authorities. The incident occurred in the town of Langley southeast of Vancouver on Monday morning local time, where it is believed that the attacker targeted homeless people. Langley police chief Ghalib Bahayani said in a press conference, "I can confirm that 4 people were shot by a lone armed shooter." Two of the injured later died, while a woman remains in critical condition and a fourth person is suffering from injuries to both legs.
