The "Daily Mail" newspaper reported that British King Charles III was seen leaving Windsor Castle heading to his residence in Westminster on Tuesday morning for the first time after rumors about his death.

The newspaper said: "King Charles III was seen leaving Windsor Castle and arriving at Clarence House in London this morning."

The press office of Buckingham Palace denied the rumors about the death of Britain's King Charles III last night, Sunday, at the age of 75.

This denial came after a statement circulated on social media attributed to the palace stating that the king died suddenly last night, Sunday, at the age of 75.

Later, photos and videos spread showing the British flag at half-mast above the palace, and it was also found to be an old photo taken at the death of Queen Elizabeth II in 2022.

Earlier, news spread about the BBC receiving a notification to "be prepared" for an announcement from the royal family at any moment, but the corporation did not issue any confirmation on the matter.

It is known that before major announcements, Buckingham Palace warns the media to be prepared. An example of this is the announcement about King Charles’s cancer diagnosis last February, for which some reporters were notified.
