It is scheduled that the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Petr Fiala, will lead his country's delegation at the meeting of European leaders and government representatives, hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris tomorrow, Monday.

The delegation will also include the National Security Advisor, Tomáš Pojar, and the purpose of the working meeting is to discuss ways to enhance cooperation among partners in support of Ukraine, according to "Radio Prague" today, Sunday.

On the second anniversary of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the French president warned his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, against "relying on any weariness on the part of Europeans" regarding the war in Ukraine.

The European Union had agreed last Wednesday to impose a new round of sanctions on Russia.

The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, welcomed the decision, and said via the platform "X", formerly Twitter, that the latest package of sanctions will keep pressure high on the Kremlin.

Representatives of the European Union signed in the Belgian capital Brussels on a package of sanctions targeting individuals and organizations linked to the Russian government.

The EU foreign policy official, Josep Borrell, said that the thirteenth package of sanctions includes listing about 200 people on the sanctions list.

Borrell added that the package also includes measures to reduce sanction evasion.
