“Imperial Ball 2022” revealed that it will raise funds to create an Asian garden in Toronto, where Alan Lam, President of the Greater Toronto Chinese Cultural Center, said: “The garden will show the world who we are.”

Artist Gina Godfrey also donated her painting "Mystical Garden" to the Chinese Cultural Center, which will raise donations to create a prominent Asian garden at the center, which will be held on an area of two acres.

The center held a press conference on Thursday to honor the sponsors of the Imperial Ball, where Angela Chan, President of CCCGT, said: “I would like to thank our sponsors for their generous support.”

At the same conference, Godfrey expressed her gratitude to the center for choosing the painting "Mystical Garden" as the theme of this year's ball, saying about it: “It is a place of dreams, secrets, adventure, and romance. The garden is also a magical place to contemplate the beauty of the season, like the one the center will build for everyone to enjoy.”

The Chinese Cultural Center expressed its gratitude for the painting because it “was absolutely appropriate,” adding that the Imperial Ball will start at 6 PM on September 10.
