Cumin, cinnamon, and ginger.. Drinks that will definitely help you lose weight

Some seek to lose weight by following a diet and/or exercising. Some face the problem of slow results in their weight loss efforts.

According to what was published by the "Times of India" newspaper, experts recommend consuming any of the following drinks to achieve the desired results as quickly as possible:

1- Cumin Water
A cup of water is boiled with a teaspoon of cumin seeds for 3-4 minutes. After soaking overnight, the water is strained from the cumin seeds and it is preferable to drink it before breakfast.


2- Chia Seed Water
A teaspoon of chia seeds is soaked in a cup of water for 45 minutes. Experts recommend drinking the strained beverage from the seeds 45 minutes before lunch daily.

3- Coffee
Black coffee is consumed without additives by mixing half a teaspoon of coffee in a cup of hot water. It is preferable to drink coffee during the day as this way it is a calorie-free drink that also provides immediate energy to keep active throughout the day.

4- Apple Cider Vinegar
One small spoon of apple cider vinegar is mixed in one cup of warm water and achieves the desired effect when taken repeatedly before breakfast. Experts warn that apple cider vinegar is highly acidic and emphasize the necessity of diluting the apple cider vinegar before drinking it.

5- Cinnamon Tea
One cup of water is boiled with a cinnamon stick approximately 2.5 cm long. It is strained and drunk warm. A little black pepper and a few drops of lemon can also be added to this multi-benefit drink.

6- Lemon Water
Lemon water is famous for its fat-burning properties. It is best to drink lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning with a few drops of honey added to it.

7- Ginger Water
About 5 cm of ginger root is cut. Then the ginger pieces are boiled for 4 minutes in a cup of water. The boiled water is strained from the ginger pieces and drunk once a day.

8- Green Tea
Last but not least, experts recommend drinking green tea with a few drops of honey and lemon to achieve quick results and obtain multiple benefits.
