Despite the cancellation of health measures in schools, the Ministry of Public Health still recommends continuing to self-isolate for five days in case of a positive COVID-19 test among teachers.
On the other hand, representatives of the teachers' union condemned the imposition of self-isolation, especially since the state did not provide compensation for these teachers in case they contracted Corona.
In a related context, some teachers are considering stopping COVID testing, refusing to isolate themselves for five days, and continuing to attend their workplaces while wearing a mask to avoid sick leave.
