LinkedIn released its annual list of the best companies to work for in 2022 according to employee opinions, and based on a number of factors.

LinkedIn surveyed millions of employee accounts and their opinions posted on the LinkedIn platform between January and December 2021, with the platform paying special attention to companies with at least 500 employees.

7 factors for ranking global companies for the list:

Speed of employee promotion

Skills acquired by the employee during their work in the company

The duration the employee stays with the company and the company's ability to retain them

Interest of other companies in contacting employees working at the company to conduct interviews with them

Gender equality within the company

Employee engagement with each other

The different educational levels from which employees come.

About this list, Dan Roth, Editor-in-Chief and Vice President at LinkedIn, told CNBC: "The most important thing we measure in a company is whether it helps the employee to progress in their career."

Roth also added that there are 3 elements that distinguish any company: providing flexible work arrangements, opportunities for professional development, in addition to health and mental services provided to the employee.
 

The top 10 companies to work for in 2022, according to the list launched by LinkedIn:

JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Walmart.

Comcast.

According to this list, the famous Amazon company topped the list due to the company's great development and what it offers to its employees, as the company doubled the minimum base salary for employees last year, 2021.

In addition, the famous Amazon company offers its employees many mental health benefits, and covers 100% of education costs for employees along with many other advantages, thus based on many features, Amazon is the best place for any employee. 

Amazon is an e-commerce and cloud computing company founded on July 5, 1994, by Jeff Bezos and headquartered in Seattle, Washington.

It is considered one of the largest online retail stores in the world, starting as a bookstore and significantly developing.
