Petra De Sutter, Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium, demanded today, Wednesday, that her country's government quickly move to present legal arguments before the International Court of Justice against the crimes of occupation, affirming that our country cannot stand idly by in the face of the humanitarian suffering in the Gaza Strip.

South Africa's oral session is supposed to be broadcast to the world tomorrow, Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 10:00 PM, regarding the case against the Zionist entity at the International Court of Justice, following the genocide and criminal acts carried out against Palestinian civilians in the Strip.

Israel will also present its oral sessions at the International Court of Justice headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands, on Friday, January 12, 2024, from 10:00 PM until 12:00 PM, concerning the lawsuit filed by South Africa against it at the end of December 2023.

It is worth mentioning that the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas began its conflict with the Israeli occupation forces on Saturday, October 7, 2023, inside the occupied territories, as a reaction to all the criminal acts and violations of international and humanitarian laws committed against Palestinian civilians.
