The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will receive tomorrow, Saturday, the first day of Muharram, the first groups of pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom to perform Umrah rituals for this year.

Hani Ali Al-Omairi, a member of the National Committee for Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia, said, "Tomorrow morning, the first groups of pilgrims from Pakistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan will start arriving to perform Umrah rituals," through Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Medina and King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.

He added, "More than 500 Umrah companies and institutions have prepared early to receive international pilgrims to perform Umrah rituals and pray at the Grand Mosque," according to Al Arabiya channel.

He explained that Saudi companies and institutions providing pilgrim services have started activation, and agents abroad from all over the world have also started activation, working through the B2B system for groups of external agents, and the B2C system for individuals.

He pointed out that more than 500 qualified Saudi companies and institutions are honored to provide services to pilgrims, staffed by national cadres that excel every season in delivering the best services to visitors and pilgrims.

He confirmed that there are more than 2,000 qualified external agents from all countries worldwide, accredited by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia, in addition to 34 local and international electronic booking platforms accredited by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, to display packages and programs for groups and individuals through the B2B and B2C systems and purchase programs via wallets accredited by the Gulf International Bank or through approved electronic payment methods.

Al-Omairi said that more than 68 visitor and pilgrim transport companies are accredited by the General Syndicate of Vehicles, to provide visitor and pilgrim transport services with the latest models, and more than 1,900 accommodation service providers from hotels and apartments classified by the Ministry of Tourism and accredited by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
